14 Day Returns

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you have 28 days to return your order for a voucher or exchange. Products must be returned with the original receipt/invoice, unworn and in their original condition, including all packaging. If you do not have the receipt/invoice we will only offer an exchange or voucher at the last known selling price.  WE DO NOT RETURN MONEY , WE GIVE OUT VOUCHERS

To arrange a return go to My Account > Order History and click on the order in question, and scroll to the bottom of the page.

Customised & Team Wear Products

We cannot accept returns of personalise/customized, made-to-order helmets, shoulders pads & apparel unless we have made a mistake or the item is faulty. Please be aware that the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000 does not apply to personalised item or goods made to a customers specification. Before placing your order please be careful to check sizing/customisation information is entered incorrectly. 

Our Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse non-faulty items returned to us which are not in a re-saleable condition These goods may be returned to you at your expense. Your Statutory Rights: Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
